Anna is the founder of ART Public Affairs, specializing in communications, policy, and politics. She develops advocacy and public affairs strategies, builds strong media relationships, manages both planned and unexpected crises, and crafts clear, effective messages to advance her clients’ goals.

She began her career in Washington, D.C., during the Clinton Administration and later served as Senior Advisor and Communications Director for Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski, gaining deep expertise in government policy, budgets, and regulatory processes. Her time traveling across Oregon with the Governor strengthened her appreciation for the state’s diverse communities and local leadership. Before launching ART Public Affairs, Anna worked in the private sector with clients navigating regulatory and legislative challenges across sectors including energy, health care, and education. Known for her calm and strategic approach, she excels in managing or mitigating crises and providing clear, practical solutions to complex, high-profile issues.
