Our Funding Sources

Did you know there is no federal funding for problem gambling prevention, research, or public awareness? That’s right—not one dollar!

Funding for problem gambling efforts in Oregon largely comes from the gambling industry. While we’re grateful to our industry partners for their commitment to responsible gambling, the Oregon Council on Problem Gambling works to broaden support through grants and individual donations. Your contribution helps sustain independent research, education, and statewide initiatives that reduce gambling-related harm.
