The Oregon gambling helpline is now offering extra support to those who need it. Every day from Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm PT, counselors are answering the phone for current clients and the general public who need extra support.

Need a little extra support? We’ve got your back. Oregon problem gambling helpline staff  are now available for added support during the pandemic. Helpline counselors are taking calls from current clients and  the general public Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

And, as always, the helpline itself is available 24/7. Just call or connect with the helpline: 1-877-MY LIMIT or www.OPGR.org. If you’re outside of Oregon, call the 24-hour gambling helpline, 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org/chat for help.
